“La Russie illustree” or “Иллюстрированная Россия” ("Russia Illustrated") was the main illustrated periodical of Russian emigration published in Paris from 1924 to 1939 in Russian language. The issue on 26 October 1929 had the Alekhine vs Bogoljubow match as the main picture. Alekhine won the match 15½-9½ and defended his title.
